Saving Grace episode song Help?!? =]?

Ok so I was watching this Saving Grace episode, and this was the one where Grace trys to save this boy from Killing himself. But He is a teenager and he ends up jumping off the school bleachers or something and killing himself right after he asked if she believes in god. But anways, there was this music in the epiosde and I absolutly loved it. But I have honestly no idea who it was by. It was kinda heavy. But if anyone has any idea, I'd love to hear them =] Thankies to all who help. =] ^.^
