Steps on creating an Anime? Im kinda frustrated. Im very pionate about this?

I wont post any of my ideas but me and my brother have been working SOOO HARD (long days and restless nights) but have been getting 2 the point where just when we think we have something great we watch Naruto/DBZ/FMA/any GREAT anime and realize that our anime sucks in comparosion. How can we create a GREAT Anime. How do we start. Storyline. Characters. Setting. How can we create unique characters. Im trying 2 draw my characters similar 2 Akira Toriyama (who draws DBZ, Dragon Quest, Blue Dragon and afew other). Should i find my own style. Its hard drawing all of these characters. And i have alot of trouble drawing female characters and almost never attempt 2. Please help. PLEASE!!!!!! This is all we have wanted 2 do since we were little kids (3 or 4 years old) and after working SOOO HARD 4 SOOO LONG we STILL ARENT GOOD ENOUGH. I am very poinate about this and i will Never, EVER, Give Up. WE WILL STOP AT NOTHING 2 BECOME THE GREATEST. THE GREATEST EVER! Thanks in advance.
