Pls help me.. i need someone to advice me?

i am 36 yr old, separated and i have 2 kids. I have a bf in california, we haven't met yet only online, i knew him since november last year.. he is a bachelor 45 yrs old he's not been married yet bcz he's waiting for one girl to divorce his husband, he waited 2 to 3 yrs now and yet the girl always promised him that she will divorce his husband. We talked everyday at pc with headset and cam while playing pool, we love doing that and we're happy and comfortable to each other.. i fell in love with him now, he always telling me now that he love me now than the girl he waited, but im still hearing from him that the girl always calling him until now, i told him am ur gf now and you supposed not to have a communication from her, he said to me that she's still his friend and i shouldn't have to bother that, the girl always trying to get his attention eventhough that she's a husband already.. i don't know where to put myself to him whether should i leave him or wait him.. the girl wants to have a date with him on haloween but he told me that he cannot do it bcz at that time he still be on a recovery for his back surgery.. pls help me out.. i believe him that he really loves me he always telling me that in headset.. but im still confused at him...
