How do I save a Sony Vegas Pro 8 project to my computer?

On WMM, there's a thing on the side that says "Publish to this(my) computer". HOw can I "publish" a Sony Vegas project, so I can save it on a USB drive. (If I just press save(Ctrl+S), then save it on my USB drive, it won't come up right on another computer.)
