Violating probation????/?

If a person has a felony for child endangerment, is currently on probation and has another cps investigation open. Is that violating probation?? If this person has been seen out in bars, what can be done? I know that’s a violation, but I don’t know if the probation officer has to actually see him out or if there can be witnesses? I think my son’s father should be in jail, but it seems like he keeps getting away with things and people are oblivious. He isn’t paying child support or doesn’t have insurance like is supposed to either. Do I call his probation officer and tell her or should I just stay out of it. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to seem like I am being vindictive, but I care about the well being of my child. Which he isn’t going with his father currently and I wouldn’t let him if so, but any help would be greatly appreciated!!
