In WWII what countries (besides Bulgaria) defended their Jews?

Actually Bulgaria was the country that saved around 60 000 jews...King Boris died so that he can save them..not many remember this but when he went to Germany to speak with Hitler about the jews he was poisoned...so yeah he died protecting allot of jew population.
