Help!!! my cat has a hole in her neck!?

take her to the vet ASAP. even if she doesnt seem to be in pain, cats are very proud animals and they always try to hide their pain. even if it doesnt look infected, she could get infected soon. she might have been scratching too hard there. I saw a picture on google of a cat with a hole on its neck/chin after scratching so much because of a tic. Please please PLEASE take her to the vet tomorrow.
