Does Arnold Schwarzenegger have any ethic complaints against him like Sarah Palin?

He's a Republican governor in a Liberal state, and has low approval ratings, so are the ethics complaints racking up against him also? Granted he probably makes more in a month just in residuals alone than Palin's net worth, so he can fight any charges with ease financially, and probably has a very good lawyer on his payroll who handles all his legal items, but I haven't heard of anything being filed against him, or is he just an ethical governor?
