Can a teenager lactate without being pregnant, having , or taking birth control?

I was literally just masturbating, and stimulating my , and I started to lactate! Whenever I masturbate, I always stimulate my , and I tend to masturbate fairly often, sometimes a lot, and this is the first time I've ever lactated. As I said, I haven't had , I know I'm not pregnant or have an STD (have had both tests done, including HIV/AIDS), and am not on birth control. I've heard that if a woman stimulates her a lot, the body thinks that she is having a baby or is nursing, and will produce milk, and from what I've read, adoptive mothers will do that to feed their baby. If it helps, I'm taking medications for mental disorders, have had A LOT LOT LOT LOT LOT of stress for a couple years now, and am currently going through Bell's Palsy.
